In the complete quality inspection process, we conduct meticulous checks from top to bottom and from the outside to the inside without ignoring any potential hidden dangers. Our staff focuses on inspecting the core structure of the crane. We carefully examine the crane boom for welding seams and repair traces, and test the telescopic operation of the boom to ensure the structural integrity and stable and smooth operation. Meanwhile, we fully inspect the chassis and brackets to confirm no sheet metal repair or deformation damage, and accurately test the flexibility of the turntable operation to avoid stuttering and malfunctions, ensuring the basic working performance of the equipment.

In addition to structural inspection, the core system verification of the equipment is also strictly implemented layer by layer. We comprehensively check the operating conditions of the water-oil system and hydraulic system, ensuring no pipeline leakage and normal pressure parameters to stabilize the power transmission of the equipment. The full vehicle computer system is inspected to eliminate circuit faults and system error reports. We also test the operating status of the air conditioning system to guarantee complete supporting functions. Finally, we inspect the working condition of the engine, checking for abnormal exhaust gas and abnormal noises to ensure excellent performance of the core power components.
